WESTERN AGRICULTURE AND CONSERVATION COALITION

Working Together to Benefit the Rural West

About Us

Founded in 2012, the Western Agriculture and Conservation Coalition supports the common interests of agriculture, conservation, and others who rely on natural resources and seek to promote an economically viable and sustainable rural West.

“Family farms and ranches are the backbone of stewardship on the West’s rural landscapes. Sustainable, working land partnerships are the key to continued conservation innovation, where farmers and ranchers have been finding ways to successfully balance resource management and their bottom line.”

– Dan Keppen, Executive Director, Family Farm Alliance

“Water scarcity, extended drought is on every Westerner’s mind. Whether you’re an angler, a boater, an urbanite, a rancher, or a row crop farmer.”

– LAURA ZEIMER, TROUT UNLIMITED
